At AllAboutTheLeaf, we are committed to providing high-quality education and resources to help you master microdosing. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where a refund is necessary. Please review our refund policy below:

Digital Course Refunds: Due to the nature of digital content, refunds are generally not available once access has been granted. However, if you experience technical issues preventing you from accessing the course materials, please contact us within 1 day of purchase for assistance.

1. Live or Virtual Classes Refunds:

   • Cancellations made at least 2 days before the scheduled session are eligible for a full refund.

   • Cancellations made within 1 day of the scheduled session may receive a partial refund or a credit toward a future class.

   • No-shows or last-minute cancellations may not be eligible for a refund.

2. (Coming Soon) Subscription-Based Content: If you are subscribed to a recurring service (such as recipe deliveries or exclusive content), cancellations must be made before the next billing cycle to avoid charges. Refunds will not be issued for previously charged subscription periods.

3. Exceptional Circumstances: We understand that emergencies happen. If you believe your situation warrants an exception, please reach out to us directly, and we will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
